  Download, print and fill out the enrolment form below. Completed forms can be returned by post to PO Box 6092, Highton VIC 3216, or scanned and emailed with a copy of the Birth Certificate and Immunisation Summary.

- OSHC Enrolments
  Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is available before and after school during school term. Children can commence the program at any stage during the year.

  Hours of Operation (Weekdays)
  Before School Care 7:30 am - 8:45 pm
  After School Care 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
  Curriculum Days 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
  End of Term Early Finish End of school day to 6:00 pm

  Please keep OSHC informed of any changes to your family details, and booked sessions.
